RPS Benefits by Design, Inc. is a company with deep Midwestern roots and a heritage that began as a retail employee benefits operation for one of the nation’s largest mutual insurance companies. This was over 30 years ago. Since then, we have become independent, grown significantly, and now operate in five different cities: Overland Park, KS, Fort Scott, KS, St. Joseph, MO, Albuquerque, NM, and Phoenix, AZ.

Jill White, CFO

My role at RPS Benefits by Design, Inc. is to oversee all financial functions for the company. I am committed to maintaining the high level of integrity for which RPSBBDi is known for. One of the highlights of my career was being awarded the distinguished title of CFO of the Year from the Kansas City Business Journal in 2013. When not working, I enjoy painting, reading, and spending quality time with my family.

I spend my days organizing the daily operations of our companies and enjoy collaborating with the different teams. When I’m not working, you can find me cheering on my daughter at her dance competitions with my husband.

With over 25 years of HR experience in managing the entire breath of HR and Talent Acquisitionamy passion is helping people. At RPS, I am responsible for client satisfaction along with the development and implementation of a client service model that provides depth and continuity in the relationships RPS has with their clients. I love to travel, spend time with my friends and family, and cheering on the Jayhawks!
