About the role

RPS Benefits By Design is seeking licensed Medicare Sales Agents to join our Healthcare Solutions team. This role focuses on helping clients navigate Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and related health products. We provide strong operational support, training, and access to quality leads to help you succeed in a compliant, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Educate and assist clients with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and ancillary health products
  • Maintain compliance with CMS guidelines and company standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up
  • Meet production goals and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

  • Active Life & Health insurance license
  • Previous experience in Medicare or health insurance sales preferred
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Ability to work independently while meeting compliance standards

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
