- W2 position with base pay of $7.25/hr (~$20K annually)
- Uncapped commission structure on top of base pay

Key Responsibilities
- Sell Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Marketplace (ACA) and ancillary health products including Dental, Vision, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity & Final Expense
- Build and manage a personal book of business
- Consistently exceed minimum production standards
- Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and company policies
- Provide excellent service and follow-up to retain clients
- Continuously grow your skills in a fast-paced, team-first environment
